Director of Programming

Solid Rock is looking for a Director of Programming to join our growing team. 
This is a new position at Solid Rock.
The position is full-time/40hrs a week.

General Purpose:

The Director of Programming oversees staff and youth programs for grades K-12. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth and able to focus on big-picture planning, vision casting, quality assurance, and be the driving force behind new programs.

The Director of Programming supervises all program leads, with a focus on mentorship, and program operation support. This role involves overseeing youth programs to ensure they promote the core values of Solid Rock, while also developing family ministries to address family needs, organize events, and strengthen connections within the community.

Qualifications:

• Commitment to the mission and vision of Solid Rock Youth Ministries.

• A passion for connecting with youth and families.

• Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree and experience in working with youth. 

• Flexibility with evening hours.

• Experience in leadership and supervising other team members. 

• The ability to work well with others, including the SRYM staff, dozens of volunteers in various capacities, and community members.

• Comfort with specific communication, progress transparency, and reporting to the Executive Director and ability to redirect efforts as suggested by the Executive Director
